- This policy does not apply to pets purchased from Big Time Oldes. All sales of pets are final.

Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it can take up to 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
